Refund & Payment Policy
This Refund & Payment Policy applies to all candidates, students, trainees, and users enrolling in programs, training services, placement services, or any other offerings provided by Climentos (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By enrolling in any program or making a payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. No Refund Policy
All fees paid to the Company are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Once a payment is made towards any of the following, the amount paid shall not be refunded, either partially or fully:
- Registration Fees
- Training Fees
- Placement Programs
- Hire-Train-Deploy Programs
- Certification Programs
- Any Other Services
2. No Transfer of Fees
Fees paid by a candidate cannot be:
- Transferred to another person
- Adjusted to another batch or program
- Exchanged for any other service
Admissions and payments are strictly non-transferable.
3. No Rejoining with Previous Fee
Candidates who discontinue, withdraw, abandon, or fail to complete the program will not be allowed to rejoin using the previously paid fee.
Any re-admission or rejoining shall require:
- Fresh registration
- Payment of applicable fees as per current pricing and policies
4. Placement Support & Candidate Responsibility
The Company provides training, interview preparation, placement assistance, and access to job opportunities as part of its programs.
The Company shall continue to support and assist the candidate until the candidate secures at least one job placement opportunity through the program, subject to the candidate’s active participation and compliance with program requirements.
The candidate is required to:
- Attend all training sessions regularly
- Actively learn and complete assigned tasks
- Participate in all interviews and placement drives scheduled by the Company without fail
- Maintain professional conduct during interviews and recruitment processes
- Make genuine efforts to crack interviews and secure placement opportunities
Failure to attend interviews, placement drives, or participate actively in the program may affect placement support eligibility and may lead to suspension or cancellation of services.
5. EMI / NACH Payment Terms
Candidates opting for EMI, NACH, or third-party financing/payment partner options must ensure timely payment of all dues.
Failure to Pay
Late payments, missed EMIs, payment defaults, or failure to honour NACH mandates may result in:
- Suspension of training access
- Restriction from assessments or interviews
- Hold on certifications or placement services
- Cancellation of admission without prior notice
The Company reserves the right to initiate recovery actions as permitted by law.
6. Cancellation by the Company
The Company reserves the right to cancel or terminate admission or services in cases including, but not limited to:
- Misconduct
- Submission of false information
- Violation of Company policies
- Non-payment or repeated payment defaults
In such cases, no refund shall be applicable.
7. Policy Acceptance
By making payment and enrolling in any program, the candidate confirms that they have:
- Read this Refund & Payment Policy
- Understood this Refund & Payment Policy
- Accepted this Refund & Payment Policy in full
